by marcus on 14/03/2005

Did you ever wonder how computers might look like in 2054?
Well, some scientists built a model in 1954 to show how they might look like in 2004.

Prognosis

by kai on 10/10/2004

New Model Army, MX Day 2004 and Stuttgart

by kai on 09/10/2004

Like promised, I used the wonderful Muvee 3.0 to compile a 7-minute video clip from the MX Day in Stuttgart. For all amog you not knowing about Muvee... it's a software which just needs to be fed with video files, digicam pics and music to have it produce a movie which should fit to the given music and style (which is selectable by the user also). A special for Alex...

by kai on 29/09/2004

Couldn't resist... Alex is a pug lover ;) and as I watched the most recent series of German "Popstars" tonight I found this. It's a photography of my TV screen captured with the cam of my cell phone. This quiz question to win is:

a) St Bernard
b) pug

Alex, do you know the answer? I expect a post about the differences between pugs and St Bernards in your blog for tonight or tomorrow.

Cricket cake

by kai on 14/09/2004

Not too long ago there was my birthday ;) I got a great cake from my wife inspired by the start of my "cricket career" earlier this year:

See the tiny white almonds to be the fielding boundary around the cake, the icing consists of marzipan which was painted green by Diane. Wickets and pitch are from marzipan also, delicious!

Greeeeeeeeeeeeat! Thx so much!

by kai on 02/09/2004

If you own a Windows powered Pocket PC, watch out for Pocketblasters.com. They have three free games out now which reminds me a bit to the old huge arcade machines of the 80s... Have fun!
