ColdFusion 8.0 cumulative hot fix 2 is available. It fixes a good amount of bugs, including the ones that were already fixed in CHF 1.
As always - this is a new piece of software, so make sure you actually have to fix one of those issues in your apps if you want to install it immediately :) Otherwise give it a few days and see what other people are reporting - I too often come across people who just install hotfixes, updates or anything just for the sake of installing it but who don't have a reason...(not CF-related, just in general...) Don't forget the rule to never change a system that's actually working!
