Does the JSEditor Plugin run? I use EclipseM9 and it stops running with a "class not found" error. Same happens in EclipseM6-8. I haven't tested it with Eclipse 2.1.
BTW, have you found a way to work with a FTP server like dreamweaver does (upload on save instead of upload all files at online using the teamwork functions)?
